I was so saddened to hear about Tim's passing. I always loved his chuckle and the twinkle in his eyes when he would tease us while hanging out with his Mom, Kathy and Maureen. My condolences to Maureen and the entire Martin family during this difficult time.

Dear Martin family, I am so very sorry to hear of Tim's passing. Tim was a great guy. I played football with Tim (Mangler) in Jr. High (for Mr. Bart Mele). We were playing Gateway one year at Gateway and they scored a TD. Tim began walking back towards the middle of the field, after the play. We were all so accustomed to following Tim, that we all followed. All of us. Tim was merely returning to retrieve his shoe that he had lost during the play. Tim was unaware that we were following him. We looked rather foolish - but Tim was our leader. Mr. Mele was so mad. God speed Tim. May you rest in peace, and when I join you, we can all "huddle up."
